Changes

After residing with us for a few years following college graduation,
our son decided his bank account would finally allow for a place of his own.
So, this little trailer followed us around for a few loads of furniture and belongings this weekend.
Who says that parenting is any easier when they grow up?

Now, to quickly turn his bedroom into a larger sewing room for me
before the money runs out and he returns!

A new chapter begins! Congratulations on fledging one of yours out into the world. Always a great accomplishment that our children become strong enough to live away (but not "without") us.

Oh Jan...I laughed out loud!!! A friend once said "when they're 18, they are adults...your done." (Oh, he ate those words!) Well, that never has worked for us...our daughter comes home as often as possible and brings the two grands and we are thrilled! Just leave the porch light on...it seems to attract them! LOL
Hugs,
Gwen

I agree with Martha. Move that room - the quicker the better! I expect we'll have some moving photos around here next month....

I did the same thing when my son first moved out years ago. Six months later I was dragging my sewing stuff back out of the room and into the dining room! Oh well, now my last daughter is preparing to get married and move out. I will try this one last time.
